After more than a decade of threatening to do it, I’ve finally created a little corner of the Internet for random thoughts and TILs.
So much of my favorite content comes from those who have carved out their own little corners—it feels only right to try adding to the collective knowledge pool myself.

Every time I build a new online presence, I try a different platform. This time I focused on minimizing the friction to posting. To that end, I wanted something that would enable me to write posts using Markdown in Obsidian, where I’m already doing my private writing.
That led me to Cassidoo’s post on Publishing from Obsidian. I haven’t fully locked in the publishing workflow yet, but here we are with a fresh new Astro site, built following their blog tutorial.
Here’s hoping this one will be robust and future-proof enough to last me longer than some others I’ve tried (looking at you Gatsby).
